We sit down with health guru, mom, and now published author, Alyssa Serchia to chat about motherhood and health. Alyssa was washing dishes one night and the idea for a book that would be for children and adults alike. She created, “I Am Strong Like Mom,” as a book of affirmations to teach our children AND as a reminder to parents of how our kids see us. We also got to ask Alyssa how she keeps herself healthy and motivated to workout. From talking about how to get toddlers to eat more foods to easy and quick workouts you can do anywhere, Alyssa gave us great advice on how to add in small healthy changes to make a big impact.
